Westlink Commercial Cleaning is a cleaning company in Sydney built on one simple promise: reliable, affordable, properly done cleaning from a team you can actually trust with your keys.
Operating Across Sydney
Public Liability Insurance
Police-Checked Staff
Aligned Safety Standards
Westlink Commercial Cleaning was founded by Zahid Ali, who built this business from the ground up, starting fresh in Sydney. Before Westlink Commercial Cleaning existed, Zahid saw the same story play out again and again: businesses signed up with a cleaning company, got a great first impression, and then watched the standard slide
“At Westlink Commercial Cleaning, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning services that create safe, professional, and productive workplaces. Our success is built on the dedication of our team, strong client relationships, and a culture of professionalism, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Thank you for trusting Westlink Commercial Cleaning“
Zahid Ali
Owner & Founder
He started Westlink Commercial Cleaning to be the opposite of that. A company that keeps its clients by doing the work properly, not by trapping them in paperwork. A team of direct employees, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. A business runs the way he’d want to be treated as a customer.
More than 13+ years later, that’s still exactly how we operate.
We don’t lock clients into contracts; we earn the business fresh with every clean. If we’re not turning up and delivering, you’re free to walk away.
Every cleaner on your site is our direct employee, not a subcontractor, and every one of them is police-checked before they set foot on your premises.
As a small, hands-on team, we build cleaning plans around how each business actually operates, including supporting NDIS clients and facilities with the same attention and respect.
We carry $20 million public liability insurance, TGA-approved products, and run our operations to ISO and WHS-aligned standards so your workplace, your staff, & your visitors are protected.
Thirteen-plus years cleaning Sydney offices, warehouses and strata buildings has taught us exactly what “done properly” looks like, and we hold every job to that standard.
To be the commercial cleaning company Sydney businesses recommend to each other simply because we showed up and did the job right.
To give Sydney businesses a cleaning partner they never have to think twice about, dependable, properly insured, and genuinely accountable.
To be the commercial cleaning company Sydney businesses recommend to each other, not because we advertised the loudest, but because we consistently showed up & did the job right.
