What Our Sydney Warehouse Service Includes

This is not office cleaning at an industrial scale. Crews, machines and chemicals are set up for live DCs’ concrete and epoxy floors, high-bay racking, and docks that cannot sit idle.

Professional cleaner using commercial carpet extraction equipment to deep clean flooring in a modern corporate office after hours.

Aisle & floor scrubbing

We use ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers on concrete and epoxy. Removes tyre marks, dust film and oil so forklift aisles stay safe and audit-ready.

Professional cleaner using commercial carpet extraction equipment to deep clean flooring in a shopping centre outside retail stores.

Pallet racking & high-bay

We remove dust, cobwebs and cardboard fines off beams, uprights and top levels without pulling stock unless you ask for a shutdown clean.

Professional cleaners using commercial carpet extraction equipment to deep clean patterned carpet in a hotel lobby and hospitality area.

Loading docks & yards

Our crew degreases dock plates, levellers and traffic lanes. Spill film and tracked-in grit are what cause slips on the busiest metres of the site.

Professional cleaner using commercial carpet extraction equipment to deep clean a shared corridor near lifts in a strata or multi-unit building.

Amenities, offices & lunchrooms

The front-of-house that the auditor and your labour hire actually see: toilets, change rooms, tea rooms, and the small office off the floor are also included.

Professional cleaner using commercial carpet extraction equipment to deep clean carpet in a school or childcare classroom.

High-level dust & beams

Rafters, pipes, lights and bird-netting zones. Airborne dust that settles on packaging is a quality issue, not a cosmetic one.

Professional cleaner using commercial carpet extraction equipment to deep clean flooring in a healthcare facility corridor with patient seating.

Spill response & periodic deep cleans

Call-outs for oil, coolant or product spills, plus weekend or shutdown cleans when you need the whole floor cut back, not just maintained.

Send your warehouse size and access window; we will scope floors, racks and docks, not send you a generic m² rate.

Cleaning built for every Sydney warehouse type

If picking, packing or production is running, the clean has to fit the operation. We scope the programme to how the floor is used, not a generic commercial checklist.

Distribution centres & 3PLs

High traffic, tight despatch windows, and constant forklift movement. We offer daily or nightly aisle care, so pick faces stay clear, and docks don’t go greasy between shifts.

Manufacturing & wholesale storage

We clean dust, offcuts, pallet debris and tyre film. Floors and staging areas kept in a state that won’t fail a customer or SafeWork walk-through.

Cold store, food & high-care

Temperature, allergen and hygiene rules sit on top of the usual warehouse cleaning. Food-safe products, documented areas, and crews who already work inside induction and PPE rules.

Fulfilment, eCom & smaller industrial units

Still warehouse racking, a despatch bench, and a small dock, just not 20,000 m². A right-sized programme so you are not paying DC rates for a 1,200 m² unit in Alexandria.

Tell us about your warehouse type and size, and your quote will match that operation, not a template.

Why Choose us for Warehouse cleaning in Sydney

You can get a cheap mop. You can also get a crew that treats the warehouse like a live operation. The difference is the window, the machines, and a scope you can hold us to.

13+ Years of Experience

We’ve cleaned everything from 1,200m² fulfilment units in Alexandria to 20,000m²+ distribution centres in Eastern Creek for 13 years. We know the difference between a dusty storage floor and a live pick face that can’t stop. No learning on your floor.

ISO Standard Operations

We operate to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 Safety-aligned systems. That means written scopes, SWMS, SDS, risk assessments and photo sign-offs for every clean. You get audit-ready documentation, not just a clean floor.

Same Team for Recurring Clients

We don’t rotate randoms through your site. Your warehouse gets the same inducted crew who knows your aisle numbers, dock rules, alarm code, and where not to park the ride-on mower. Faster inductions, fewer mistakes, no re-briefing every week.

Fully Insured

$20M public liability, workers’ compensation and plant & equipment insurance as standard. Certificates and SWMS sent before night one, and we can add your site as an interested party if required. Your operation isn’t carrying our risk.

Police-Checked Cleaners

Every cleaner on your site is police-checked, WHS-inducted and uniformed. Keys, fobs and after-hours alarm codes are handled with a documented access process. No unvetted labour left alone in your warehouse overnight.

Locally Operated in Sydney

We’re Sydney-based, not a national call centre subcontracting the job out. Our crews live and work across the Western Sydney corridor, South-West and Port Botany precincts. That means we can walk your site in Wetherill Park, Eastern Creek, Moorebank, Botany, Prestons or Silverwater tomorrow, not next week.

After-Hours Cleaning Available

Nights, early mornings, weekends and shutdowns are our standard window. We zone the work around live docks and pick faces so despatch keeps moving. You arrive to scrubbed aisles and degreased docks at 5am, not a crew blocking your forklifts at 10am.

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Options

Food-safe and eco-certified chemicals available for food, cold-store and high-care sites. Auto-dilution dosing, low-water scrubbing and HEPA-filter vacs where airborne dust matters. Cuts through oil and tyre film, safe for packaging and the next shift.

How we clean without stopping the floor

You get a scoped programme and a crew that works inside your hours overnight, on weekends, or in the gap between picks. No surprise, day-shift mops in a live aisle.

  • 1. Site walk, not a guess

We walk floors, racks, docks and amenities, note floor type (concrete, epoxy, or painted), m², access, and when the building is actually quiet. You get a written scope, zones, frequency, and the window we will use.

  • 2. Inducted before anyone steps on site

SWMS, insurance certs, site induction, and access (keys, fobs, after-hours alarm) are done before the first clean. Crews are police-checked. We follow your PPE and pedestrian rules, not ours.

  • 3. A window that matches dispatch

Nights, early mornings, or between shifts. Live pick faces stay closed to machines. If a dock has to stay open, we zone the work so outbound still moves.

  • 4. The clean, to the scope

Ride-on / walk-behind scrubbing, racking and high-bay as specified, docks degreased, amenities done last so they are usable at shift start. Lead hand on the radio if your supervisor needs us off a lane.

  • 5. Sign-off before we leave

Photos of agreed zones, issues flagged (leaks, damaged racking, and spill residue we are not scoped to fix), and the next scheduled visit locked. You are not chasing "Did they come?”

Most Sydney sites go from first call to a scoped quote in one business day and to a first clean in the next agreed night window. Send site size, suburb and when the floor is quiet.

A Sydney warehouse we already clean around the shift.

12,000 m² distribution centre · Eastern Creek · nights

Live 3PL, two outbound docks that had to stay open. Previous cleaner was coming through on day shift and getting in the way of pickers.

Programme: nightly ride-on aisles, weekly dock degreasing, monthly high-bay

Window: 9:30 pm–4:00 am, docks zoned so dispatch kept moving

Result: first SafeWork walk-through after changeover with no cleaning-related actions; supervisor stopped staying back to “watch the cleaners”

Photos: aisle after scrub/dock plate/date-stamped sign-off. Caption: “Night scrub, Eastern Creek. South dock live.”

Westlink Commercial Cleaning
We recently started using Westlink Commercial Cleaning for our office in Epping and we can already tell the difference. The team is punctual and communicates well. The kitchen area smells fresher and the desks are always wiped properly. We had a small request about the windows which they handled next visit without any issue. Happy to continue with the service.

What warehouse cleaning in Sydney actually costs

There is no honest flat rate for every floor. A 1,500 m² fulfilment unit in Alexandria is not a 20,000 m² 3PL in Eastern Creek. You get a written scope first, then a price that matches that scope.

How the quote is built

We price from the walk, not from a phone guess.

Size and layout: open aisles vs tight racking, how many docks

Floor: concrete, epoxy, painted, or mixed (and how stained it is)

Height: floor-only vs high-bay / scissor work

Frequency: nightly, weekly, or monthly (the per-visit rate drops as we are there more often)

Care level: standard industrial vs food/high-care products and extra documentation

Send the suburb, m² (or a floor plan), floor type, and when the building is quiet. You get a scoped price for floors, racks and docks as separate lines, not a single mystery number.

Areas We Service across Sydney

Westlink Commercial Cleaning services warehouses and industrial facilities across Greater Sydney, including the Western Sydney industrial corridor (Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Eastern Creek, and Erskine Park), southern Sydney logistics precincts (Moorebank, Ingleburn, Prestons, and Liverpool); and port-adjacent freight areas (Botany, Port Botany, Mascot, and Alexandria), along with Silverwater, Auburn, and Bankstown.

Warehouse cleaning questions we get

No, not for a maintenance clean. We run the quiet window overnight, on weekends, or between picks and stay out of live feeds. Pallet racking is cleaned around stored goods unless you book a shutdown / high-bay job. If a dock must stay open, we zone it. A full empty-and-clean run is a different scope; we’ll line it separately.

Not once induction, access and the alarm/fob process are set. On the first night, we prefer a handover with your supervisor (15–20 minutes). After that, the lead hand works the agreed window and leaves a photo sign-off. If your site requires an escort, say so on the quote that changes the hours.

Ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers, chemicals and SDS come with us. Water and a 15A outlet (or your site’s equivalent) need to be available. For scissors / EWPs for high bays, either you or it must be on the scope, with tickets and an SWMS. We do not “just turn up with a lift” unless it is written.

We’ll arrange a site walk if the photos aren’t enough to scope it; if you have a contractor list or a specific PO format, send that with the site plan.

High-throughput DCs: sweep or scrub nightly on main aisles, docks weekly, and high bays on a monthly or quarterly cycle. Quieter storage: weekly or fortnightly floors may be enough. We don’t sell a frequency until we’ve seen tyre film, dust load and shift pattern. The walk sets the programme, not a generic calendar.

Yes. A typical path is a paid or complimentary walk, then one defined zone (the worst aisle + one dock is common). Photos before we leave. You scale it to weekly only if that night looks right at 5 am. We don’t lock you into 12 months to get a first clean.

High-level/scissor work, yard pressure washing, strip-and-seal, bio-wash, racking unload, waste/bin contracts, and emergency spills (oil, product, or coolant) unless they’re on the scope. Spills can be a call-out still to be quoted, not a surprise day rate. Food / high-care products and extra documentation are a different spec; ask for that scope if you need it.

No. Amenities and the small office can stay with them, or we take the industrial zones only (floors, racks, and docks). That’s often the cleanest split. We’ll quote the warehouse as its own job, so you’re not paying DC rates on vacuuming it.

Suburb, approximate m² (or a floor plan), floor type if you know it (concrete, epoxy, mixed), and when the floor is actually quiet. Photos of the worst aisle and a dock help. Most scoped quotes are back within one business day. We’ll arrange a site walk if the photos aren’t enough to scope it.

We cover Sydney, including Western Sydney (Eastern Creek, Wetherill Park, Prestons, Seven Hills, and Silverwater), Botany / Mascot, Alexandria and the inner west. If you’re outside that belt, ask; travelling for a one-off small site may not be worth it for either of us.

If your question is “Can you do our window / our induction / our high-bay?” the answer is almost always yes; it just has to be in the scope.

Tell us about your warehouse. We’ll send a clear scope.

Suburb, size, floor type, and when the building is quiet. Walk if we need it. Quote in one business day: floors, racks and docks as separate lines.
